Java/XML

Responsibilities:
Technical design, programming, implementation, documentation of system application software based on Java technology, ensure knowledge transfer of vendor technology, provide technical and advisory support to ensure the successful development of quality software.

Preferred requirements include:
Extensive years of programming experience in Java, experience with server-side programming, extensive knowledge of Enterprise JavaBeans, Java Servlets, JSP/ASP, XML; extensive knowledge of distributed/scalable Java-based server architectures, extensive experience of Unix operating system, Oracle database and SQL.

Network Design Architect

Responsibilities:
Plan, troubleshoot and maintain data communication network to maximize network availability. Provide technical support to Network Technicians and Sr. Network Technicians. LAN functions primarily.

Preferred requirements include:
Two years related experience; knowledge of Frame Relay, ISDN, T-1, DS-3 Circuits is required; need to be able to support Network Operations; some project work is necessary. Strong verbal communication skills; analytical thinking skills.

Oracle DBA

Responsibilities:
Support the database management system on the Unix platform. This includes creating databases, schemas and subschemas; monitoring the growth of databases; and assisting application developers in using them.

Preferred requirements include:
Minimum of one year related experience. Basic understanding of relational database concepts, SQL language; Strong background in UNIX systems implementation; Excellent problem solving skills; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated and can handle multiple priorities

SQL Server DBA

Responsibilities:
This position designs, develops, tests and implements complex stored procedures, triggers and database schemes relating to the transfer of data between multiple databases in mission critical applications.

Preferred requirements include:
At least 3 years exp. with MS SQL server in DBA capacity creating, testing and maintaining complex stored procedures and triggers and at least 2 yrs. exp. using an ER tool such as ER/Win. Self-motivated with a strong ability to work with customers and solve problems associated with databases. Excellent written, analytical, communication and organizational skills are a must in dealing with middle and upper mgmt., vendors, and external clients.

Telecommunications Engineer

Responsibilities:
Provide engineering and operational support services for Telecommunications Networks to ensure continued, reliable, and available service. Independently address complex problems and provide recommendations for engineering and design issues relating to all Telecommunications services for Home Office and Branch Systems.

Preferred requirements include:
Minimum 3 years industry experience; Detailed technical knowlege of LAN/WAN systems; Possess good Analytical skills; Good oral and written communication skills; Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Frame Relay, T1, Ethernet, FastEthernet, Switching concepts, Cisco IOS and Catalyst IOS; Visio Experience a plus; ability to work in team environment with minimal direction; Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Unix Administrator

Responsibilities:
Determine strategic direction and processes for capacity planning across the computing environment. Define performance metric collection and retention standards. Evaluate and recommend future capacity planning and performance load testing tools and technologies.

Preferred requirements include:
Minimum of six years experience in UNIX systems architectures with an emphasis on performance metrics. Previous experience with performance, capacity planning, and/or modeling tools a definite plus. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Web Administrator

Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and support of hardware and software infrastructure in support of Internet/Intranet/Extranet projects.

Preferred requirements include:
Strong background in UNIX system, preferably SUN and networking administration skills with emphasis in directory service technology. LDAP skills. WebLogic or general Java application server knowledge. Apache Web Server skills. Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Windows NT Administrator with Experience Programming Visual FoxPro

Responsibilities:
Applicants will be required to administer a Windows NT based network with Windows 98 workstations. Must have the ability to build computers from components, install operating systems and software. Applicants will be required to handle network connectivity issues, maintain a network-wide internet connection and administer user accounts. Basic understanding of hubs, routers, Windows based networking and TCP/IP required.

Applicants will be required to maintain proprietary Visual FoxPro applications. Knowledge of COM and Active X is necessary because these applications gain functionality by executing external programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.

Applicants will be required to maintain websites using FTP. Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and ASP is beneficial.

Applicants may be required to perform on-site service and telephone support for customers. A vehicle is helpful but not necessary. Any travel expenses will be compensated.

An applicant should be a quick learner with good communication and organizational skills.
