Responsibilities:

Determine strategic direction and processes for capacity planning across the computing environment. Define performance metric collection and retention standards. Evaluate and recommend future capacity planning and performance load testing tools and technologies.
Preferred requirements include:
Minimum of six years experience in UNIX systems architectures with an emphasis on performance metrics. Previous experience with performance, capacity planning, and/or modeling tools a definite plus. Strong analytical and communication skills.

Windows NT Administrator with Experience Programming Visual FoxPro
Responsibilities:
Applicants will be required to administer a Windows NT based network with Windows 98 workstations. Must have the ability to build computers from components, install operating systems and software. Applicants will be required to handle network connectivity issues, maintain a network-wide internet connection and administer user accounts. Basic understanding of hubs, routers, Windows based networking and TCP/IP required.
Applicants will be required to maintain proprietary Visual FoxPro applications. Knowledge of COM and Active X is necessary because these applications gain functionality by executing external programs, specifically Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
Applicants will be required to maintain websites using FTP. Knowledge of HTML, Javascript and ASP is beneficial.
Applicants may be required to perform on-site service and telephone support for customers. A vehicle is helpful but not necessary. Any travel expenses will be compensated.
