Step 1: Pre-Screening Interview
Conducted by a Recruiting Assistant, typically by phone. Basic questions such as
strongest skills, type(s) of position(s) desired, educational background, salary
requirements, and availability.
Step 2: Interview
Conducted by a Recruiter. More detailed exchange between Comp&Soft and the
applicant, including information about the corporation, our local branch, and benefits; as well as a
review of the candidate's technical skills, experience, and career goals.
Step 3: Technical Interview
An interview with a Comp&Soft employee who possesses skills similar to the
applicant, in order to assess technical abilities.
Step 4: Management Interview
Meeting with member(s) of Comp&Soft management to discuss specific opportunities and
client environment(s).
Step 5: References/Background Check
Professional and educational references, as well as background check and drug screen (as
required).
Step 6: Job Offer
Including salary and applicable Comp&Soft Corporate benefits.
